Description: Castor oil is a natural moisturiser that helps make dry skin feel softer and smoother. It is traditionally used as a massage oil to help detoxify the skin.
This product is also suitable for oral consumption.

Warnings
Serious side effects may occur with overuse of castor oil. Consult your doctor if you are currently taking any medications or if constipation persists. Do not take for more than 7 days unless directed by a health professional. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, or if breast feeding except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal professional.
Directions: As a moisturiser, massage a few drops of oil into the skin.
For oral consumption by adults and children over the age of 12 under the direction of a health professional the suggested dose is 15ml (1 tbsp) of castor oil with 250ml of water or juice taken orally on an empty stomach once a day. It may take up to 12 hours to take effect.

Product may solidify when exposed to cold temperatures. To revitalise, warm the bottle gently.
