Details: Selenium and Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Selenium and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the normal thyroid function. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Directions: Take one or two tablets a day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
