Details: Omega 3,6,9 capsules contain a blend of fish and plant oils, which provide Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids.
Directions: Take up to four capsules a day.
Ingredients: Borage Oil, Low Odour Fish Oil Concentrate (Triglyceride Form), Capsule Shell: (Gelatine, Glycerin), Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D Alpha Tocopherol).
Nutritional Information:Each capsule provides on average: 72mg DHA, 48mg EPA, 150mg GLA (Omega 3), 48mg LA (Omega 6), 58.5mg Omega 9, 6.7mg Vitamin E (56%).
