Multivitamins shown to boost memory
A new study from Columbia University has shown that that use of a multivitamins can give someone the memory of a person just over three years younger. These results back up another study from 2022 which demonstrated the same results. Immediate recall was tested periodically, and age-related cognitive decline was reduced in those using a multivitamin. It is not yet clear if there is an individual nutrient that was responsible or whether the changes were due to a combination, but previous evidence has shown that Vitamins B6 and B12, folic acid and zinc may all be significant for cognitive function.
