Rich in the Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. 2*EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Directions: Take one capsule per day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
